2. Purposes and legal basis of data processing – What do we use your data for?

The only personal data we collect during the visit to our website is your IP address, but only in an anonymized format. We store the anonymized IP address in our server’s log files and are using the anonymized IP address for a very basic form of statistics tracking with Matomo (no cookies necessary; “do not track” support enabled).

3. Categories of receipt of personal data

Insofar as we make use of the services of third parties to carry out our services, we process personal data according to the provisions of the GDPR. The only service provider who supports us in providing the website to you is our web host.

4. Duration of data storage

In principle, we delete your data as soon as it is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, unless temporary storage is still necessary. We store your data on the basis of legal proof and storage obligations, which result among other things from the German Commercial Code and the German Tax Code. According to which the storage periods are up to ten full years.
