The Ber­la­ge NewsBroad­cast is the month­ly newslet­ter of the Ber­la­ge In­sti­tu­te. It con­tains news about the Ber­la­ge as well as an over­view over up­co­ming events.

The Ber­la­ge NewsBroad­cast is au­to­ma­ti­cal­ly ge­ne­ra­ted from the news and events shown on the Ber­la­ge In­sti­tu­te's web­si­te. This gua­ran­tees con­sis­ten­cy of wor­ding and con­tent of bo­th the NewsBroad­cast and the web­si­te. (November 2008)

Piet Paris Newsletter

In his 20th year as a fa­shion il­lus­tra­tor, Piet Pa­ris / Pie­ter ’t Hoen has esta­blis­hed his own stu­dio cal­led Stu­dio Piet Pa­ris. Be­si­des his work as an il­lus­tra­tor, Piet is now tur­ning his at­ten­tion to pro­duct de­si­gn. Sys­teman­ti­cs of­fe­red the new­ly foun­ded stu­dio the pos­si­bi­li­ty to send ef­fec­ti­ve email mar­ke­ting cam­paigns with on­ly a few clicks. The sta­tio­ne­ry of the newslet­ter was de­si­gned by Cop­pens & Al­berts to mat­ch the cor­po­ra­te iden­ti­ty.  (April 2008)

fiftyfifty invoice automation

fif­ty­fif­ty Ga­le­rie in Düssel­dorf, Ger­ma­ny, sells art for the be­ne­fit of the ho­me­less. A great amount of sells is do­ne via the on­li­ne shop, which was de­ve­lo­ped by Sys­teman­ti­cs in 2001. Now, Sys­teman­ti­cs ex­ten­ded the on­li­ne shop with the au­to­ma­tic ge­ne­ra­tion of in­voi­ces, plus the au­to­ma­tic cal­cu­la­tion of ship­ping and hand­ling costs. The in­voi­ces are ge­ne­ra­ted as PDF do­cu­ments on fif­ty­fif­ty's re­gu­lar sta­tio­ne­ry and send to the cli­ents via email. The au­to­ma­tion sa­ves bo­th pa­per and ti­me, which will be espe­ci­al­ly im­port­ant in the ti­me with high workload be­fo­re Christ­mas. This is a great be­ne­fit for the who­le work of the or­ga­ni­za­tion. (August 2007)

Museum Kurhaus Kleve Newsletter

The Mu­se­um Kur­haus in Kle­ve sends out an email newslet­ter on a re­gu­lar ba­sis to in­form about re­cent ac­ti­vi­ties in the mu­se­um. Sys­teman­ti­cs de­ve­lo­ped the soft­wa­re sup­port for the work­flow, from the crea­tion of the newslet­ter to sen­ding and re­por­ting. (August 2007)
