With Sys­teman­ti­cs Col­lec­tor, Sys­teman­ti­cs has de­ve­lo­ped a web­ba­sed ma­na­ge­ment sys­tem for se­man­ti­cal­ly struc­tu­red con­tent. Col­lec­tor is the suc­ces­sor of P+, the con­tent ma­na­ge­ment soft­wa­re that sin­ce 2001 was in­clu­ded in most web­si­tes built by Sys­teman­ti­cs.

Sys­teman­ti­cs Col­lec­tor was de­ve­lo­ped to be as ea­sy to use as pos­si­ble. The­re­fo­re, it fea­tu­res a clear con­cep­tual de­si­gn, ac­ces­si­ble by a light­weight, mo­dern in­ter­fa­ce. Col­lec­tor is not fea­tu­re-blown, but li­mi­ted to the ba­sic tasks of con­tent ma­na­ge­ment. What ini­ti­al­ly so­unds sur­pri­sing will be the re­a­son why you will love it.

Sys­teman­ti­cs Col­lec­tor is not li­mi­ted to be used on web­si­tes. It can al­so col­lect in­for­ma­tion for use in de­si­gn pro­jects li­ke books and ca­ta­lo­gues, re­se­ar­ch pro­jects, know­led­ge ba­ses, on­li­ne app­li­ca­ti­ons, and ma­ny mo­re.

Starting in fall 2008: Collector as online service!

Sys­teman­ti­cs Col­lec­tor, the con­tent ma­na­ge­ment sys­tem by Sys­teman­ti­cs, has un­til now be in­stal­led on your webser­ver. Ma­ny cli­ents would pre­fer to sim­p­ly use an on­li­ne ser­vice to ma­na­ge con­tent. For exam­ple, if you are a de­si­gn agen­cy of a de­si­gn free­lan­cer, you want to col­lect con­tent on­li­ne and re-use it la­ter. Or you want to pro­vi­de your cli­ents this func­tio­na­li­ty wi­thout the need to main­tain a con­tent ma­na­ge­ment sys­tem.

From fall 2008 on, Sys­teman­ti­cs will sup­port you in this. Then, Sys­teman­ti­cs Col­lec­tor will be availa­ble as on­li­ne ser­vice! You can ma­na­ge pro­jects for your cli­ents on­li­ne, re-use the da­ta in your web­si­tes via dif­fe­rent in­ter­fa­ces, and re­trie­ve da­ta to use in off­li­ne app­li­ca­ti­ons.
